Jennifer is the Founder of Smart Business Leaders, a subsidiary of Jennifer Smith International. She works with Business Leaders, Professionals and Entrepreneurs just like you. She trains and coaches clients specializing in Effective Leadership, Employee Engagement, Business Strategy, Consultative Selling and Human Behaviour.

Jennifer lives in Brisbane, Australia and is a mum with two beautiful adult daughters. Her passion is inspiring others to reach their full potential. It is her love of life, friendly nature and growing hunger to help others which draws people to her. She loves traveling, writing and teaching others new skills and will leave you feeling more confident about your future.

Jennifer began her successful career over 30 years ago, as licensed agent selling millions of dollars of real estate in both the Melbourne and Brisbane markets.  She moved from residential selling into Sales Management and then Corporate Management and and ran her own successful Finance and Property Management business for 7 years.

Jennifer has had the privilege to lead and manage teams in the public and private sector, managed multi-million dollar assets, budgets and projects.

Jennifer is tertiary qualified in Business and Management, is a Professional Master Coach, Certified Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence, Certified Practitioner of Meta Dynamics, Practitioner of Nero-Linguistic Programming (NLP), eDISC Consultant, Professional Trainer, Public Speaker, published Co-Author and has Authored several eBooks.

Jennifer coaches clients in both Australia and USA specializing in Effective Leadership, Employee Engagement, Human Behaviour, Business Strategy and Consultative Selling delivering one-on-one coaching, group sessions, workshops, webinars and eLearning programs.
