Effective Leaders have sharp perception and understand how they\u2019re perceived by the people around them. It has often been noted that those chosen for Management roles have a high IQ and\/or great technical skills. It is widely known that whilst, those are essential elements, it isn\u2019t what makes a Leader great, it is \u2018Emotional Intelligence\u2019<\/strong> that makes the difference.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Effective<\/a>Effective Leadership requires varying skill levels and draws from a multitude of facets, for example, communication, goal setting, motivation, team building, negotiation, these are just some of the attributes of a real Leader. Not all Leaders are skilled in every area of the workplace. What is essential, is understanding that you can\u2019t do it alone.
