Extended Disc\u00a0is based on the 1920\u2019s psychosomatic theory by Carl G. Jung. It was William Moulton-Marston who further advanced the theories into the four dimensional human behavioural quadrant.\u00a0 Later, the original DISC framework was developed into the current Extended Disc Model we have today.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Extended Disc\u00ae<\/sup> profile offers an individual over 160 styles of behavioural flexibility.
